Question about 10" cone horns...

Post by Jerry B. »

Is there a difference between a 10" cone horns used on Edison and Columbia machines? I've noticed a difference in the length of the small end of those horns.

Thanks, Jerry Blais

Seems like they made a lot more of the 10" cones for the GEM than for Columbia. The GEM must have been really popular.

Wow! I made a couple of mistakes. I'm always wishing that collectors would make more use of the search feature on the Forum. (mistake #1) Secondly, I replied to the previous thread.
Great topic! Thanks George for your reply. I always had believed only the reproduction cone horns had soldered small ends. I learned something today. Jerry Blais
Thanks for the review.
