Probably a business machine - perhaps a Dictaphone?

That makes sense! I have a machine in storage, thats most likely what its off from. Thanks so much!!

in correct.

It's either from a 1930's or 1940's Dictaphone or Edison Voice Writer of the same era. I am leaning towards Edison but you could be right.. It could be Dictaphone as well.
