Here is a picture of the decal. also a couple pictures showing the 'repair' of the isolator flange. Works for me.

Just got the springs! Runs strong now, albeit a bit noisy. There is some wear to the spindle gear that drives the governor, likely the cause of the noise. Doesn't seem to be too noticeable when playing a record.
