Here is an all-original Edison Standard Model D 2/4 minute combination cylinder phonograph, serial # 713834D. I am currently the second owner, this was purchased from the original family, and has never been refinished or messed with. This has been in my collection for some time, but with the Opera, I don't really need a combination machine and I have many other 2-Min machines. Bedplate is very nice, will really shine with a good cleaning. Pin-striping and decals are in great shape, even the 4 - 2 decal which is usually damaged or missing. I have lubricated the motor and top works and this machine plays flawlessly in both 2 and 4 min gear. Includes rebuilt model C (2 Min) & H (4 Min) reproducers, older reproduction black & brass horn, and mounting hardware for a horn crane. This Standard is also factory/dealer drilled for a cygnet horn back bracket, but doesn't look like one was ever installed. Lid has a small ding on the top. Can be shipped at buyers expense, or free delivery to Union with advance payment.

I would just like to say that this is a fantastic deal! It's the whole package for one price.
I bought a Standard D parts machine a while back, and finding all the parts has been an expensive process. One of the many great things about this one is the two reproducers which have been rebuilt. If I didn't already have my parts machine, I'd be all over this.

How much would this be to ship to 70591? Very interested.

Of course I won't know for sure until it's properly packed & weighed, but when I've shipped smaller Edison machines before it's come to around $50-$75 if I recall correctly, but that's just a guess. If that price range is agreeable to you, I can start packing the machine and get you a solid estimate at that point.EdisonWizard wrote:How much would this be to ship to 70591? Very interested.
