I have a Consolette 4-3 and my bracket looks just like that one.

Humm the back bracket is different than my 4-3 as well.

I looked closer.
Mine doesn't have that mod on it which looks hand made.

If you blow up the photo, you'll see it.

Looks like a home repair job was done to fix the busted pot-metal tonearm support.
