I'd say it's a Decca Junior Portable Gramophone.

Yep, I agree, from the 1920s. NOT a "trench" model, as all these "horn-in-lid" models seem to be called.

On the motor board under the turntable, many Decca portables have a paper label showing the model number and the date of manufacture.

It's not the "Junior" as those have a slightly oval shaped "Dulciflex" (reflector) and not a fully round one.

I have had various Decca Junior portables which certainly had a fully round reflector.
A quick look on the internet will show them.

I cranked it up, seems to play fine.
They are asking $40.00, ? Go for it?

The earlier "trench" machines tend to have a pair of chains to hold the lid.
