Does this count?
Scored this awesome 1936 Rockola jukebox! Haven't picked it up yet as it's 6 hours away, but hopefully next weekend I'll be able to head that way and get a uhaul trailer. Or hopefully we can meet halfway. I already have 2 others, but this is my first 78rpm one.

Definitely counts in my world. Nice looking machine. That is a Model B, also promoted under the name "Regular". That one may have a modification to the grille trim, and the grille cloth seems different.
Here is a picture of what the grille should look like, this machine is un-restored.

That is nice, what are the other 2 you have? I have a 1941 Rockola with 50's Rock & Roll records in it, from the last years it was in service. Juke boxes don't show up that often and from years ago with all the plays they had on them----it is a welcomed sight to find one in nice shape. ENJOY

That's a nice one! I do plan to remove this grille cloth and replace with a good reproduction that's more original. I think grille trim may by the light? Not sure!startgroove wrote:Definitely counts in my world. Nice looking machine. That is a Model B, also promoted under the name "Regular". I have a 1955 AMI "G" 80 I believe is the model, and a early 70s Rowe ami mm6 that I actually need to get rid of since it's taking up space. Both work flawlessly. Been a long time since I turned on the MM6 though!emerson wrote:That is nice, what are the other 2 you have? I love it! I had a 1938 Rockola for many years that worked and played great! -- I love the way the turntable rises through the record ring. The veneer on mine was bad and in an insane moment of "practicality" I sold it... Been kicking myself ever since. Congrats on a great find!
