We've seen lots of great pics, but little about what changed hands. What did you find? I got a nice grill for my Credenza project. Maybe a minor find, but it kind of "made" the show for me. Just what I needed! Also got a steam engine which I find very cool.
So, what did YOU find?

Re: What Did You Buy in Union?
On the way to Union I picked up a Victor I project. At Union I bought a rigid arm Victor MS, Columbia AZ, Columbia AB McDonald, and a ??? Columbia Grafonola. On the way home I picked up a Columbia BV and a large paper Nipper. Union was good and our trip was better.

Re: What Did You Buy in Union?
I took delivery of a super clean Edison A-150 in oak, and super clean Standard model D with cygnet, both delivered by JerryB.
I also took delivery of some very nicely polished Victor horns I'd sent to JohnD.
At Union I picked up a very nice Oxidized DD reproducer with early volume control pointed out to me by Pathelogical, a nice Diamond A reproducer, a very nice gold wash Edison Dance and some excellent Blue Amberol cylinders including "Let Us Not Forget" and "Big Rock Candy Mountain".
Oh I almost forgot the G&Ts. I got several from HMV.

Hmmm... interesting combination. Enjoying G&Ts while enjoying G&Ts.HisMastersVoice wrote:In addition to the G&Ts (Gin & Tonic), I also got some nice operatic G&Ts (Gramophone & Typewriter Ltd).Valecnik wrote:Oh I almost forgot the G&Ts. I got several from HMV.

Did you get the early Oak VV-XIV from Ron Harings booth?
If so, please post some pics, it was just gorgeous!

P.S. I picked up an Oak and an American Walnut VV-120, a Victor Z, an Amberola 75, a 24" Brass Victor Petal Horn, a Banner Standard, some Zono parts, some nice 5000 Series Fox Trots, and about 50 78 Fox Trots. Needless to say the rental Minivan was packed!

I didn't buy Ron's though I did look at it. I actually picked up the mahogany one from Darold that was listed in the YT a few weeks ago. It's practically showroom new, I couldn't be happier!Zwebie wrote:Brandon,

Found a nice VV-IV and a very decent base cabinet for it.

Re: What Did You Buy in Union?
I bought a few records and books. The nice surprise, however, came yesterday morning. My wife put a small wrapped gift and Father's Day card by my place at the table. While I was busy searching for other things she bought a Blue Amberol Record at the Union Show for me. We played the record, "Indiana Moon" a pleasant waltz, on the Amberola 50. It was a nice Father's Day.
