Thank you, Rob and Joan. Those images are fascinating, and it's nice of you to offer your knowledge of Cabinet Factory No. 18.

I wonder if this facility, as large as it was, may have been typical, or atypical?

Hi,
I must not have given you the information on the C-19 I bought at auction in May 2017. It is in rather nice condition and was said to have the original grill cloth. the serial number is SM 173988 the label is stamped in blue ink F 13 S along the left side the line of the stamp is 90 degrees to the printing on the label. The black printing on the label reads:

Cabinet FactorY
No. 19
Form 2430

Capitol letters are as shown as regards size for cabinet factory but all of the letters are the shape of caps but of different size (ie they are all in capitol type but the size of C,F,and Y are larger, whereas, form is in type as shown.

Wow, you and I must be on the same exact wavelength Allen! I came to refresh my memory of this dormant post, and you were also here at the same time. Great minds think alike, eh? ;)

Thanks for your info, I hope now that the topic is "bumped to the top", others will also add their information.

Best,
