Sure is....looks like a model B that's been converted to play 4 minute cylinders. Thought it was a D at first, but I see an end gate now.

It is a Triumph B, if you find and O reproducer you can play 2 or 4 minute cylinders, or use a reducer ring, you can use a C reproducer, or a recorder for working with two minute records.
