Ah, you found it, I remembered having seen one of these for sale recently. I saw it at his website, this is the Dutch dealer Guido Severinjs. When I saw it I thought it was home made, but now with two of them identified it is probably an industrial product.

Definitely not home made . I wish I had more details , but whoever produced it probably had girls in the factory painting them rather like the Pye black box gramophone
