Hey guys,

I start this post with utter surprise, as I never expected anything in return for the fundraiser I started for Paul Morris' Shop Fire. As a token of appreciation he sent me the concert record he made for the Facebook group/YouTube, with a message about the fire and containing all the names of the people that have contributed from this site and elsewhere. I just wanted to say, having never met the man, he seems like a great person; and I for one will be a customer as long as he's in business. With that being said...i think it's time I purchase an Edison concert machine

Did he lose his entire stock in the fire? Does Paul have any stock for purchase at the moment?.

I would assume it would be a long while before he can restart his venture...

Paul Morris is quite active on Facebook. If you want to directly talk to him he is on FB messenger. He has new molds already underway, 10 of each and his new workshop, and got some of the melting equipment collected, and the shavers being refurbished.

He did loose everything in the shop fire, including all the pre-sold stock he'd planned to hand carry to the Union Illinois show. Good to see he's getting back on his feet!

Thanks for the video link. It's not a surprise why Paul is so much appreciated among collectors and I am very glad too to see some good progress of the resurrection.

Just saw a post from Mr. Morris, on facebook even though the building is not all the way finished, he is starting to mold blanks again, and they look great! He is a good man, and I respect him very much. A mentor I look up to.
