Nice find Steve!!! Appears like it will clean up very well with some Kotton Klenser or something similar. I would be very interested to know the Serial number on the data plate & bedplate when you have a chance.

I did some cleaning this morning so here are updated pictures. I need to have a look at the springs so no inside pictures right now.

Gorgeous! What a nice machine. It was just dirty. If the outside is that nice with a quick cleanup, the inside must be even better. I can't wait to see the whole thing. What a great find!

It is quite simply a work of art. I can just imagine the pride you must have to own such a beautiful Edison machine. I don't think that there are too many survivors out in the world, but I will forever be keeping my eyes open in the hope of owning one myself. Thanks again for posting the pictures.
