Just brought home my latest VV-XI and this inspection card was in it. It looks like there might have been some more writing but that has faded pretty badly. All that is left is a stamp ENGLISH BROWN - M.
Thought it was cool and felt compelled to share.

Pretty cool. Assume inspection tag serial # matches machine. Steve

Keep it with the machine. Don't separate it. Any other items with the machine?

Unfortunately, the phono it came with was a later XI, serial # 633977. There was a nice tone arm and No.2 reproducer with the box and 2 needle discard tins. No motor, motor board, turntable, crank, or crank escutcheon. Fortunately, I have those parts. The cabinet is a nice dark mahogany, cost $29.95 at a thrift store in Vancouver.Phonofreak wrote:Keep it with the machine. Don't separate it. Any other items with the machine?
