Victor V - production date ?

Trying to help a friend with a new talking machine...

Can anyone provide an approximate date on a Victor V, s/n 19145 ?

According to the Victor Data Book that machine would have been produced 1905 or 1906.

Serial numbers for March 3, 1905 start at 4182 and end Aug. 13, 1910 at 45813.
