That is a gorgeous example !

I cannot add any more info, but Harvey Kravitz (phonofreak) might know some of the fine detail taxonomy about it.

I don't have Baumbach handy, but wasn't there a Grafonola "Symphony" upright in a cabinet like this, circa 1909-1911 ?
