Starting to scale down my collection. This is a really nice original Edison Model B Gem with the hard to find 2/4 minute gearing in excellent functioning condition. The reproducer is a fine sounding early green tint Edison model-H 4 minute. Included is a 10 inch brass bell reproduction horn that makes for a sweet looking Edison Gem. I've owned this one for many years. This has almost all of its original pinstriping, nickel plating is excellent, a great original lid, nice quiet motor (for a Gem) and it plays great.
PM with interest. Thanks.
Doug

With a full winding will it play through a Blue Amberol? Thanks, Jerry

Yes. I just tried playing one of my Blue Amberols (grabbed at random) from my collection, #4678 "You Tell Her I Stutter" by Jones and Hare and it played through. In fact, there was plenty of power left even after that cylinder played through as the mandrel remained spinning for almost another full minute!Jerry B. wrote:With a full winding will it play through a Blue Amberol?
