This is an early Zonophone front mount machine with a "humpback" style motor. The machine is not one of the normal US models (A, B, C, D...etc) and has been found with no tag or decal and with a European applied decal. By the looks of your horn, it is likely a European export model.
Check for an applied decal. Also check to see of it's stamped "Made in the USA" on the bottom
It is missing the turntable and horn cradle. Hard to say whether the reproducer is original...need a better view to tell. Crank looks correct.

Thanks Mark , it's not mine but is on Ebay in the UK item no: 142704504417 (don't know how to post the link) The soundbox certainly isn't correct - it's a 1920's Pelham, a UK brand.
