Research: BS Graphophone Information Requested

A discussion on another thread has prompted me to ask owners of BS Graphophones for help. Would you all be kind enough to answer these three questions for me?

1) Is your data plate stamped "BS?"

2) What's the serial number?

3) Does the cabinet have (A) a decal, or does it have (B) a bead routed into the front panel?
