Unusual Pathé Machine!

This machine is for sale locally but I have never seen one like it before. It has a roll top like a desk. It appears to be real and not
made up. has anyone seen this model before? Could it be European?

This is the "Progress," part of Pathé's British line. Two photos of this machine are shown and explained on page 170 of Discovering Antique Phonographs.
