I noticed that the photo in the ad is the exact one that appears on this page:

This is a JOKE, I phoned the number in the ad and a lady answered the phone and said that she did not have a Victrola and asked me just what one was. She then proceeded to let me know that someone had gotten mad at her scammed her and posted the listing with her number. That is what I was told.

That had to be fake, I'm not surprised. Now she will get 300 phone calls and emails.

There was a guy posting bogus phonograph ads in the San Diego Craigslist too recently.
He was using other people's photos and claiming the machines in the picture were Victors
when they were obviously offbranders. Those idiots cause too much confusion when legit
people try to sell their machines.
