What's this? I got it with a Victrola X "spider leg" I picked up today.

According to Baumbach's "Victor Data Book" this was the option to the Exhibition sound box prior to the introduction of the Victrola # 2. Very likely original to your machine as they both were introduced in 1912. The Improved Concert is fairly rare as it was never standard equipment on Victrolas.
