This turned up just a couple of miles from me. It should clean up very well. I have had a number of the mahogany L-Door XVI machines but this it the first oak one. I just need to replace the nickel plated reproducer with a gold plated one.

Nice phonograph. They sure look good in oak. It seems to be in excellent condition. Did it come with the albums.?? Tom

That’s a beautiful machine. I am partial to Oak. It seems to age better than Mahogany and each piece is distinctive. Nice find. Tab or bullet brake?

Beautiful machine. I have an oak Victrola XVI, but it's a late one. I prefer these to mahogany as well.
