Help!....ID this horn

Help!....ID this horn
I picked up a few horns ....with the dreded ictrola XO parts and want to try and figure out what it is for .The small end is 1 ½ and the bell is 8 inches the adapter goes down to ⅞ inch any ideas?? Thanks !

Hi, Please post a picture of a side view to be sure.
But to my eye it appears to be a common Columbia black horn. The brass end is different and I cannot ID it except that it appears to have the Columbia set screw on it, so it maybe a common horn with a not often seen adapter for a phono rather than a disk machine (Columbia Elbow). I will leave that to the Columbia collectors to hash out.
Please post a side view picture and length with out the brass bit. That will help ID it correctly.

Length is 13.75 ish....with out the adaptor witch has very small barbs on the inside

This appears to be the all black Columbia horn. If the length is 14" with an 8" diameter bell, then it is definitely a Columbia one. The brass fitting is probably an aftermarket adapter for use as a cylinder horn.
