This is my Edison Model A Triumph playing the Edison 2 minute Gold Moulded Cylinder by Edward M. Favor. I enjoy Favor with his comical "over the top" style of singing. I also love these early cylinders with the old fashioned tinkling Piano in the background. Enjoy!!

Yes, the intro is the unmistakable Voice of Edward M.Favor. The intro is almost as entertaining as the record.

Re: Edison Triumph A & full Barrel Herzog
Since I'm an odd person, I always ask "Who threw the overalls in Mrs. Murphy's chowder?" as a quiz question. So far, nobody has EVER been able to answer it. Of course, it's Mrs. Murphy herself! Ooops! So much for only having one pot...hence the phrase, not even a pot to "whatever" in. Thanks for the post! I love the Herzog!
It occurs to me that I've probably known the answer since I was about five, having listened to a lot of Bing Crosby LPs, even though I'm not Irish!
