You need much more. At least the tonearm/Elbow/backbracket are Indian crapophone. Edit: also the decal looks way to good. The hole machine feels wrong.

uh oh... I thought it was just an old machine that was rigged up with some crappy parts (wrong horn, elbow, ect)

At full zoom, the decal looks odd, with those striations: was there a lithographic process that would produce such an effect? I would have expected a more 'pointillist' appearance from a chromolithograph of that era.
Also, the brake & speed control don't look right. On the front mount Talk-O-Phone I have, there is no separate brake: you have to move the speed lever down to zero to stop it. I don't know whether they changed that on the rear mounts.
Check the turntable, too: there should be the initials O.T.M.Co. cast into the underside.
