What does the data plate say? It looks like a cut-down XIV or maybe XVI that was cleaned up.

This is a puzzle. I tried to match it with several models but cannot find a match with the square corners which is definitely original. If the bottom was replaced it was expertly done as looks original except that it is secured with recessed phillips head screws.
Can a mod move to Machines forum if posted in the wrong section please.
