Here we have something that you would need if you had a DC powered phonograph. I actually have two of these, nearly identical.

• One is for 110 volts DC. This would work on early coin-operated machines such as the Rosenfield, or and Edison Class E
  
  The other is for 2 ½ volts DC. This would work on a Class M, the early Columbia machines as well as others.

Both power supplies are fused. Both correctly wired with period wiring.
