For sale today is an original Phonograph Concert Poster. Around the turn-of-the-century, exhibitions of the phonograph were all the rage. Most people at that point did not have a phonograph of their own in their parlor. To hear the latest music, they would pay to attend a concert. To announce a phonograph exhibition, posters would be put up around the town.

This guaranteed original poster is one that would have been used to advertise a phonograph exhibition. It measures approximately 12 inches tall by 9 inches wide. It has excellent graphics and is unused - the date, time, etc has not been filled in.

These posters are somewhat fragile but this one is in extraordinary condition. It would look awesome framed and displayed near your favorite phonograph.
