Nice to see a decent "horn" machine on CL with a clean half barrel full of records.Even better that it is close to me!!!!!

.Not as cool as the "horn" unit but,a nice set.

The cylinder machine is either a BET or BFT Graphophone. The BFT would have a 6" long mandrel to play 3-minute duration 'Twentieth Century' cylinders. Looks like it may be s 2/4-minute machine as well, if the Blue Amberol cylinders in the cabinet are any indication.

I think it's too big for a BET, probably is a BFT. If the price is not too high you should grab it.

BET and BFT shared the same case . . . only difference is in the mandrel length.

Hmmm... I thought the case was a bit bigger on the BF/BFT.
I'm pretty sure the BF/BFT had a bigger motor too, one more spring but I guess that does not mean the case is necessarily bigger.
A nice machine anyway.
