The Wallace A. Rogerson method was sold for about 20 years with changes in labels & new recordings. There were six records in illustrated sleeves,plus cards and booklets. Record No 1. is more common than the set because it was offered alone as a promotion- and the side reading PLAY THIS SIDE FIRST is the most entertaining as it features WALLACE himself pitching the method. The rest of the sides are what you'd expect- instructions, music, counting.

BTW- from what I've read they are good standard exercises and if you follow the plan and eat a sensible diet you should see some benefit. Same with the Victor set and the Walter Camp set.
