I'd say this is home built by someone who was a skilled carver.

It does resemble a lot the Columbia art cabinets in style. I wonder if it is possible some other company made a take off on them?

Thanks for the feedback. Ortho - I believe these are related cabinets. Construction is very close and details even closer.

Unfortunately the seller said he would hold it but somebody offered more and he sold it to them.
