On #15, how would the top section be attached? Is there a thread, a set screw, or would the top be brazed on?

Regarding #15, I do not know how this worked. The paint is the same...but likely modified from how it was originally used. Sorr6 I am not of more help....

What is the diameter of the base end of number 10 ? Does it fit the standard Edison horn crane feet?

Number 10 OD of the base piece is ½ inch and it will fit perfectly into an Edison crane foot.
