info needed on a Lindex parlophone phonograph

hello there!

I just found a nice old Lindex Parlophone hand crank grammophone. The reproducer (Hermes) is cracked and the needles are worn. Any ideas on what needles i should use for minimum tear and soft sound? I dont want to rip my old 78s too much;-) and would anyopne know where to get a new reproducer?
