This sounds like a professional ensemble with excellent discipline and intonation, although I cannot make out a single word. There are some strange noises, notably a peculiar loud moaning from the bass about half-way through; I wonder if these are meant to be deliberately comic sound-effects.
I have to agree that the speed sounds too high. Thank you, though, for posting these unusual items.
