Those are nice little portables, the paper cone resonator is a replacement- they often turn up damaged or missing entirely

That's a Guiniphone, as sold in the UK. In the USA it was the Polly Portable, and later the Brunswick Parisian. Many threads on the board about these. Surprisingly good sound, but a bit impractical.
