My friends and I have discussed pairing wine with music (a dry Rhine with Wagner... ) - now we'll have to pair wine and phonographs. Something chilled and outdoorsy with a portable, a serious Bordeaux with a large orthophonic...

Here is an empty bottle I saved from a number of years ago. It was a wine out of Washington state. I bought a case and gave it out to collectors on a trip to the Union show. It was not the best wine, but what the hell is had a phonograph on the label!
