Another use for a Brunswick console

Post by marcapra »

Finally, someone thought of something different from a bar for an old phonograph! A sink! That's a new one.

I sold a Sonora cheaper model console to a antique shop that wanted one for a customer. I had asked how the customer liked it and if they needed help with it working----the reply, No, they were going to make it into a bathroom sink ---like the Brunswick. I was able to get the guts from it and now ask if they want a phonograph for what it was intended for.

And it was a York model too. How unfortunate.

Maybe they could have kept the motor inside, connecting it to an automatic face soap-delivery invention...! :D
You simply put your face over the sink, eyes closed, then release the brake et voilà ! :D
