Do any forum members know where I can find a list for all the Zonophone models with reference to dating them using specific serial numbers??

I could be wrong, but I don't think the Zonophone serial records have survived.

I would take those dates with a grain of salt. For example, it has been conclusively proven that Zonophones didn't appear until March-April 1900 (see the June 2019 issue of The Antique Phonograph).
