I'm going to look at this machine tomorrow morning and wonder if anyone can identify

That sure looks like a Columbia AO cylinder Graphophone. One of my favorite Graphophone models. The carriage should be the first part to check out. If the carriage moves easily then you're very fortunate. Even if it doesn't I would buy this one in a heartbeat if the price is fair. The cabinet on this model is real eye candy. And the triple spring motor provides plenty of power.
