Here we have an very respectable example of something you rarely find.

It is an Edison Red Gem Lid.

This lid is a little dry, but has absolutely no veneer problems. It retains the original decal. Missing the thumb screws on both sides side (easily found), this would be a stunning lid to have if yours was missing, or as an upgrade to an inferior lid. This is guaranteed to be a Red Gem lid (it has the slot cut on the inside to accommodate the larger casting).
