RE-45 S - Rare Prototype - Victor Developed & RCA Produced

The only other RE-45 S prototype that I know exists is the one featured on page 40 in the Victor Data Book by Robert W. Baumbach.

Victor just had designed and developed their only radio/amplifier, and designed a prototype of the RE-45 cabinet for it, when RCA purchased the Victor Talking Machine Company in 1928. RCA standardized the RE-45 cabinet to the highly sought after design we all know. To have the prototype model for it is pretty special.
