I glued the top edge of one door yesterday (Tuesday) and took the clamps off today. The glue joint is tight and solid. I glued and clamped the bottom edge tonight, so I should be able to begin the other door tomorrow. After the doors are finished I have to reglue some joints at the back of the cabinet, after which I will be able to begin cleaning the complete cabinet.

Re: Which Should I Do First?
I'm all finished with gluing the doors. It took a while because I had to clamp each edge separately but they all came out flat and tight. Now, on to the cabinet itself. It has a few corners which are slightly loose> I'll inject glue with a needle and clamp them. I haven't looked for veneer for the back of the cabinet yet, so I will start cleaning everything and get to the veneer later.
