Maybe a bit expensive for what you want... I believe a good heinemann-esque motor can be had for much less than that...

It's also important to remember there was no set alloy for what we call "pot metal" and that all pot metal is not created equally. Virtually all of the pot metal that is found in a deteriorated condition today has a high zinc concentration.
The reason I mentioned WWI earlier is because all copper, copper alloys, and ferrous metals were in higher demand. Some manufacturers of metal goods, whether it be toys, lamps, or phonograph parts, turned to metals like zinc and tin to fill the void.
