FOR SALE: HUGE Lot Of EARLY Red Seals $500.00

Post by gramophone-georg »

Here's a huge lot of 130 (estimated) Victor Grand Prize, Deluxe, and Monarch operatic records. Most are Grand Prize with a smattering of the elusive red Monarchs and Deluxes thrown in. Condition on average is a solid V+, with some nicer and some not so nice. They could all stand to be cleaned, and all are nice playable copies. Lots of them have unobtrusive label stickers, some have label fade/ damage but overall this is a pretty unique lot in nice condition to have so many of these early discs already in what's basically an instant collection.

If you want to populate your original record boxes in your VTLA or stuff the record cabinet you have for your early outside horn machine, this is the way to go! A lot of these came from a university record library.

$700 or reasonable offer- free local pickup or will pack/ ship for Media mail or the Jerry B Express at cost.

OK, so I "mis-spoke" about the "final reduction" part. Let's say if I can't get $700 for this great lot of records I may as well just keep em.

Offers?

These are nice records that I would rather see go to a collector than gather dust in storage. Anybody seen what individual Monarch and Deluxe discs go for on eBay???
