Wanted: Victor “Remove this plate to attach rigid arm” plate

Post by LtFrenchFries »

I recently purchased a very nice looking Victor E (pic attached), but the one thing it was missing was the plate on the back. I’m in the process of cleaning it up and will need this last piece to finish it off. Let me know if you have one!

The eBay tag is for a Victor R, not the one needed by the OP for his Victor E.
The correct tag for the Victor E will have all four corners, not three.

I have seen both "Remove This Plate To Attach Rigid Arm" and "Remove This Plate To Attach Tapered Arm" on a Victor R. But, I have never seen a tapered arm Victor R. Has anyone seen or have a tapered arm Victor R?

I don't mean to be pedantic, but all Victor Rs were front-mount machines. When equipped with a back bracket and tone arm, it was a Victor I.

Now that I'm through being a jerk, I can report that I've never seen a tapering arm on a Victor I with the R cabinet!

But wouldn't the ID tag still say Victor R?
