I would like to own at least one record by him, as much of a long shot as that may be. He was an early recorder of Cajun Music/Zodico. He was inducted in the Cajun Music Hall of Fame in 1997.Thanks,

WANTED: Long Shot, But Does Anyone Have Any Austin Pitre?
He is my uncle I would like to own at least one record by him, as much of a long shot as that may be. He was an early recorder of Cajun Music/Zodico. He was inducted in the Cajun Music Hall of Fame in 1997.

He recorded records on 78, but they probably were only distributed in south Louisiana. So even if I do somehow find one I'm sure I wont be able to afford it.
Still worth a shot though.
