The first electrical recording commercially released was cve31874-3, of February 26th, 1925. See

What was in the 19600 range was the record number (10 inch} of the first electrically recorded Victor, 19626:

As I understand it, 19626 was the first electrical issue in the 19000 series, however it was only issued regionally. The first nationally issued electrical recording in the series was 19630 (mx BVE-32184, tk 2. This was recorded March 26, 1925 and released in May of 1925. I can only cite Roland Gelatt's book " The Fabulous Phonograph" for this information. If someone could supply more recent information, I would appreciate it.

The links I've provided are to the Discography of American Historical Recordings, huge database in progress held at the University of California. Santa Barbara. You can browse Victor matrixes sorted by number, date of first take out whatever. Their search and browse functions are versatile. They're including all Victor, Columbia, Brunswick and Okeh recordings... They started from the old Encyclopedic Discography of Victor Recordings. They report from time to time the achievements, and I think the Victor part is almost completed. Months ago they started including the others. I frequently use this database, as many hmv pressings carried Victor matrixes.

Inigo, after my previous post, I did further research using your links. After figuring out the mx numbering system, I was able to see that catalog numbers 19627, 28 and 29 are acoustically recorded.
Thank you for your research.
