Hello, I recently purchased this machine for 50$. I was wondering what model of grafonola this is. I have never seen one with a grill before. Any help would be appreciated.

That looks like the Columbia "Lyric" model, also featured here: https://www.icollector.com/Small-Columb ... e_i9789934

It was introduced in 1911.

It looks like the turntable is for playing Harmony or Standard brand records. They have a larger center hole.

I wondered about that too, but when I blow up the photo:

I can't really see the spindle; just the felt bunched around it. It looks like they forgot to punch a hole in the center for the spindle when they installed the new felt.
