FOR SALE: Coming To Orlando - Various

Post by fonograph »

Here are some goodies that are coming to the Orlando show in 2 weeks.

I'll be adding more goodies as time permits. If you have any interest in additional pictures or details, please let me know, Thanks, Bob

1. Circassian Walnut Steiger - professionally refinished. comes with original record index, variable settings (PEV) and framed ad. $800

2. Zonophone (or Oxford) - this was made during the Zono/Victor era and has a 2 spring Vic M motor. The horn was wood grained by the late great Danny Arms. This is the loudest machine I've ever owned and I can prove it. Also have a matching cabinet available, $750

3. Excelsior 2-min cylinder player. Great little machine with original hand painted logo and red pinstriping. The lid is a little rough, but sturdy and functional. $500

4. Edison Sign - this is a hard to find sign. custom vinyl on tin made by our own Curt A. $125

5. Victor model C w/repo parts - this is a fully functional and great looking machine for a fraction of the price of an original machine. The case, bedplate, arms, motor and turntable are all original and in great condition. An excellent start. The only repo parts are the Horn, Elbow, crank and record nut. The original concert reproducer is cracked, but it does not affect play. $950

I also have several record cabinets.

That Steiger machine is interesting and better looking in person with gorgeous veneer. If I had room for it, I would consider it...

Also, you've got to love the Edison sign, which I don't believe has ever been available as a reproduction, at least I had never seen one before I made it. It's a one-off mounted on tin and copied from a mint condition original... I should have made one for myself.
